IQ is known in research as a predictor of job performance in more complex jobs. The Wonderlic test are timed 12 minute tests that test two sub-functions of IQ, Numerical reasoning and Verbal reasoning. From these scores an estimate of IQ can be obtained. Is used in conjunction with other tests.
