Workshop Summary

The Leadership program is designed to meet these objectives via the use of the Birkman Method assessment. This allows participants to examine their own styles and how that effects others and themselves. The assessment forces participants to step outside themselves and take a good look at their own self management and work performance.  Though not assessed emotional intelligence will be used in combination with Birkman assessment to focus on self management, management of others. Finally, in experiential case studies participants need to look beyond initial perceptions of a typical workplace issue using all the skills together covered in the workshop and resolve an underlying issue.
